She holds a Masters in Organizational Psychology.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kacy is a passionate advocate for well-being, influenced by her own journey with burnout. She is an avid fiction reader, downhill skier, and seasoned yogi. She lives in Massachusetts with her partner, Mark, and their two chihuahuas, Otto and Finn, and enjoys watching mysteries with them.
