Karen Fatica Geiger is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Narrative Strategist who founded The Write Remedy. She leverages her background in cognitive neuroscience to design mindful writing programs that help healthcare professionals combat burnout and build resilience. She earned her M. S. from PennWest Edinboro and is a guest lecturer at LECOM.

Her passion for writing, which began with a childhood diary, became a transformative practice after she developed chronic nerve pain during perimenopause. This experience solidified her focus on using narrative to heal. Outside of her work, Karen is an avid pickleball player and enjoys an analog life.

After searching for years for a yellow journal with a dragonfly and finding none, she decided to create it herself.
