A graduate of UC Berkeleys Haas School of Business, she left her management consulting role at A. T. Kearney in San Francisco to address the representation gap in Indias beauty market.
Outside of building her company, Karishma is passionate about makeups power to build confidence, a discovery from her own childhood. She enjoys exploring coffee shops in Bandra and spending time with her dog. Her personal motto, which is also FAEs, is "Main apni favourite hoon" ("I am my own favorite").
She successfully pitched her brand FAE Beauty on Shark Tank India, securing a deal of ₹1 crore.
