Kartik Padaliya

Kartik Padaliya is a Management Trainee in Strategic Procurement at Arvind Limited. A gold medalist from Parul University with an MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, he is passionate about supply chain strategy. He is also skilled in data analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Outside of his direct professional role, Kartik is deeply committed to the principle of continuous learning and self-improvement, viewing excellence as a habit built through discipline and perseverance. He actively seeks out new skills, such as recently completing an advanced course in Microsoft Excel.

Unique fact: During his MBA, he not only won the Gold Medal for his specialization but also achieved the 4th rank among more than 1500 students.
