Katie Mapula is the Director of Nursing for the Critical Care and Burn Center at Parkland Health. An award-winning nurse leader with a BSN from the University of Virginia, she is recognized for improving patient outcomes through innovation, including establishing new ICUs and streamlining burn patient transfer processes.
