Kayley DiCicco is an award-winning Enterprise Sales Director at Expansive, where she pioneers enterprise business and develops innovative real estate strategies for a changing workforce. Recognized as a "Rising Star" by Commercial Property Executive in 2024, people describe her as caring, honest, and a true leader. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Marquette University.
Outside of her primary role, Kayley is dedicated to community engagement and was a member of The Chicago Leadership Alliance, an organization focused on creating meaningful action and progress in the city. Her leadership experience extends back to her university days, where she served as President of the Marquette Real estate Club.
She has been with Expansive since its early days in 2013, starting as a Center Manager and rising through the ranks.
