Kenneth Skillman

Kenneth Skillman is the President for the OKC Market and Chief Lending Officer at Chickasaw Community Bank. An alumnus of Oklahoma State University and the SW Graduate School of Banking, he has extensive leadership experience, including a prior role as President at IBC Bank where he managed a large commercial and retail banking portfolio.

Kenneth is deeply committed to the Oklahoma City community, actively serving on the board of directors for prominent local organizations, including the United Way of Central Oklahoma and the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. His civic engagement reflects a strong dedication to local development and community welfare.

During his time as President at IBC Bank, he was responsible for a retail branch network of 41 locations throughout Oklahoma and the north Texas region.
