Kirsten Cabacungan is a Vice President and Investment Strategist within the Chief Investment Office at Bank of America. An Economics graduate from Barnard College, she provides thought leadership on long-term investment strategies, portfolio management, and global markets. Her career has progressed from an analyst to her current VP role within the firm.
Kirsten is a passionate advocate for empowering women in finance and is deeply involved with Girls Who Invest (GWI). An alumna of GWIs 2016 program, she now serves on the Alumni Council as a Cohort Leader, mentoring and supporting incoming scholars in the investment management industry.
She is the recipient of the 2025 Leadership in Action Award from Girls Who Invest, celebrating her contributions to the field.
