As the former Chief Sustainability Officer at General Motors, she was instrumental in shaping the companys zero-emissions strategy and its goal to be carbon neutral by 2040. She holds engineering degrees from Oakland University.
Outside of work, Kristen is family-oriented and enjoys traveling, running, and spending time outdoors. She is a passionate advocate for inclusion and gender equality, playing a key role in launching career reentry and allyship programs for women at GM and serving as a key executive for the Society of Women Engineers.
