Kristine Scheer is the founder and CEO of K2 Strategic, an employee benefits consultancy. With over 30 years of experience, she focuses on designing high-impact health and welfare benefit programs for mid-sized and large employers, drawing upon her expertise and a Masters degree from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
Outside of work, Kristine is the proud parent of three adult daughters. She is an active person who enjoys a variety of hobbies including playing tennis, reading, traveling, dancing, and gardening. Family and community are central values in her life.
