Kyla Kiser

Kyla Kiser serves as an Educator and Curriculum Coordinator at The Novus Academy, bringing over 16 years of experience to her role. She holds a Master of Science in Global and International Education from Drexel University and a Bachelors degree from Harding University. Her career includes extensive experience teaching at specialized schools.

Outside of work, Kyla is passionate about global cultures, an interest bolstered by her time teaching internationally in Rwanda, Africa. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family. Her core motivation is helping students discover their unique voice and fostering their confidence in a supportive educational environment.

Unique fact: Kyla began her teaching career internationally, working with 4th and 5th-grade students at the Kigali International Community School in Rwanda.
