Laura Melman

Laura Melman is the Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Officer at Martindale Consultants, Inc., providing senior leadership across the firm. Her expertise is in oil and gas accounting, and she holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. Her career progression includes roles as Administrator and Controller within the same company.

Laura is deeply involved in her professional community, holding memberships in the National and Oklahoma Society for Human Resource Management. She has a passion for employee ownership, demonstrated by her attendance at ESOP Association conferences and her engagement with industry peers on building strong, collaborative companies.

She has actively served in various leadership capacities within the Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies (COPAS), including as Vice-President of the Petroleum Accountants Society of Central Oklahoma.
