Leandro is a senior Human Resource Management major at Missouri State University with a passion for talent development and employee engagement. He has gained practical experience in the mortgage industry through a Loan Coordinating Internship, complementing his academic knowledge in recruitment and performance management.

As a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity, Leandro is actively involved in his university community. He values team collaboration and is driven by a desire to contribute positively to a team environment, with a long-term goal of growing into a strategic HR role.
