Lindy Cleveland

A graduate of Samford University, she expanded her mission by launching Unless U Scoops, an ice cream shop that provides vocational training for her students.
Her work is deeply personal, inspired by her younger brother who has Down syndrome. Lindy is a passionate advocate for creating inclusive environments that promote independence and community for adults with developmental disabilities. Her Christian faith serves as a foundational element of her organizations mission.
