Lisa Boyd

Lisa Boyd is the Director of Services at Devon Partnership NHS Trust, a role she assumed after a long career in the NHS starting in 1990. A registered mental health nurse, she has extensive experience in various clinical and senior operational leadership positions, focusing on service quality and patient safety.

Lisa is deeply committed to co-designing services by collaborating with people who have lived experience of mental health challenges. Her interests in organizations like Rethink Mental Illness reflect a personal dedication to advocating for better mental health support and challenging stigmas associated with it.

She has worked for the NHS for over three decades, progressing from a nurse to a director.
