A lawyer by training with a degree from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, he is passionate about SaaS and legal tech. In July 2025, HEU secured a €1. 1 million seed round.
Outside of his entrepreneurial ventures, Luca is an accomplished athlete. He is a certified Level II Alpine Ski Coach and instructor, having previously won multiple regional ski championships and competed nationally. He also has a background in competitive basketball, winning a regional U21 championship.
His law school thesis uniquely combined his two passions, focusing on "Civil liability in winter sports. "
