Luis Lima is a partner and superintendent at Rede/Itaú with 20 years of experience in payment innovation. He specializes in digital partnerships and e-commerce, having built Redes market-leading e-commerce division. He studied Investor Relations at USP and has led international expansion projects.
Outside of work, Luis is deeply family-oriented. He recently shared his pride in fulfilling a long-held family dream of enabling his daughter to study abroad, a goal achieved through his hard work and partnership with his wife.
