After 17 years in the US at firms like Apple and PayPal, he returned to India to focus on deep-tech manufacturing and energy independence. He holds a Masters from Johns Hopkins University and studied machine learning at Stanford.
Driven by a mission to tackle climate change, Mahesh is passionate about developing environmentally friendly technologies and achieving a zero-carbon footprint. His interests include advancing green energy, AI, and organic farming. He returned to India motivated by a desire to address pollution and build indigenous technology, believing humanity is more important than money.
After returning to India, Mahesh founded GODI and hired over 30 PhD scientists to develop homegrown energy storage technology tailored to local conditions.
