Mannat Mahajan

Mannat Mahajan is a culinary arts graduate from Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts (SSCANS) and currently works as a Commis 3 at Moonshot Foodworks. She has practical experience as a line cook and sous chef from her internships and student-run pop-up restaurant.

Passionate about the stories behind food, Mannat is keenly interested in sustainable food practices. She actively pursues professional development, having recently completed a course in business communication to enhance her workplace skills. Her focus is on continuous learning and growth within the culinary industry.

Unique fact: While at university, she was elected as the Alumni Coordinator for the SSCANS Pune Student Council.
