Judith M. Fertig is an award-winning author and culinary expert specializing in Midwestern cuisine and barbecue. Originally a medical technologist from the University of Kansas, she later trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London. She is the president of Judith M. Fertig, Inc. and owner of Travels With Taste.
Residing in Kansas, Judith is deeply connected to her Midwestern roots, which she explores through her writing.
