With training from Rycotewood College and a degree from Edinburgh College of Art, he has over 25 years of experience designing, building, and installing high-quality, custom pieces across West Sussex and Surrey.
He has a passion for woodworking that began at age 10 with woodturning. Beyond his own workshop, he has contributed to the craft by teaching evening courses at local colleges, writing for Furniture and Cabinet Making Magazine, and serving as a committee member for the Young Craftsman of the year competition.
Martin previously worked as a fully qualified lecturer and assessor for City and Guilds furniture making courses at Northbrook College Sussex.
