Maya Mac ( Maya McGeathey)

Maya Mac is a Senior Director of Sales at Encore, where she leverages over 18 years of experience to drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships. She is a Penn State University graduate with a background in designing rapport-building series and mentoring team members towards promotions. Recently, she took on a new role at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas.

Outside of her extensive career in the hospitality and events industry, Maya shows a strong interest in the entertainment sector, specifically following The Walt Disney Company and Disney Entertainment. She is passionate about team development and actively recruits for key sales positions within her company.
