Metka Kolm

Metka Kolm is the General Manager of Nucor Steels facility in Auburn, New York, a role she has held since November 2023. She has built a long career at Nucor, starting as an accountant in 2010 and progressing through various finance and controller positions before taking on her current leadership role.

Outside of her extensive career in the steel industry, Metka is a married mother of two. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to her community by serving as the President of the Board of Education for Norfolk Public Schools in Nebraska.

She has actively represented Nucor and the Nebraska State Chamber of Commerce, testifying on legislative matters.
