Michael Olaye

Michael is a futurist and technology leader with over 25 years of experience in digital strategy, product innovation, and advertising. As EVP at Huge, he leads the West Region US. People who have worked with him describe him as a passionate, empowering, and authentic servant leader with a keen business sense. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Outside of his executive roles, Michael dedicates his time to social causes, notably serving as a board member for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, where he supports the organizations digital transformation to better assist people with sight loss. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling and attending live music.

Interesting fact: Michael originally studied to be a pilot before teaching himself to code with an "HTML for Dummies" book, which launched his career in the digital industry.
