Michael Stibich

Michael Stibich is a retired Deloitte Tax Partner with deep expertise in structuring and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. He managed the Chicago Tax Practice for Deloitte and previously served as a Tax Partner at Arthur Andersen. He holds a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Outside of his professional life, Michael and his wife are active philanthropists in the Chicago area, regularly supporting organizations such as the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Catholic Charities. He also has a likely interest in collegiate sports, stemming from his sons time as a football player.
