Mickey Hepner

He previously spent over 15 years in Oklahoma as a professor and dean at the University of Central Oklahoma, where his research often focused on public policy. His work has been published by national think tanks.
He was named the 2007 Oklahoma Professor of the Year by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching.
