Miguel Lugo is the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Goya Foods, Inc. , the largest Hispanic-owned food company in the United States. He has held finance leadership roles at Goya since 1996 and previously worked at PepsiCo, Wilson Sporting Goods, and Price Waterhouse.
He has a strong connection to his Puerto Rican heritage and intentionally sought opportunities where he could leverage his culture and Spanish language skills. He is also involved in philanthropy, with he and his wife, Delia, listed as donors to Cristo Rey New York High School.
Miguel once served as a Grand Marshal for a Puerto Rican Day Parade in Newark, New Jersey, highlighting his standing in the community.
