A former top Mercedes-Benz dealer in Canada, he moved to Switzerland to launch an innovative dealership concept. He attended Wilfrid Laurier University and also serves as a Governor there.
Outside of his core business, Mike has a strong interest in motorsports, evidenced by his partnership in Alkier Motor Sports, which retails a variety of high-performance and recreational vehicle brands. He relocated with his family from Canada to Switzerland for his business ventures and maintains professional connections across both countries.
He invested 40 million Swiss Francs to establish one of the first new-concept Mercedes-Benz car boutiques in Switzerland.
