Outside of work, Mike lives in Alexandria, MN with his wife, Marisa, and their two children, Jack and Myla. He is an avid hunter and is actively involved in his community, serving on the board for the Alexandria YMCA.
He and his wife sponsor The Big Climb for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in memory of his father, who he lost to the disease.
