Mike is the Director of Sales for Ontario & USA at Atlantic Industries Limited, where he applies his expertise in relationship selling and strategic partnerships. A Chartered Manager with an MBA, he has a technical foundation from his earlier career in civil design and geotechnical services, and actively contributes to the MTO/ORBA Structures Technical Subcommittee.
He is passionate about leadership and mentorship, enjoying the process of training and developing new employees to help them grow professionally. Mike is dedicated to building a strong and positive company culture, focusing on authentic and transformational leadership to guide his teams.
