Ming Ying is the Co-founder and CTO of ParadeDB, an open-source Elasticsearch alternative built on Postgres. He graduated from Harvard University with a degree in computer science. Investors have praised his energy, velocity, and positivity. His prior venture involved building a cloud-powered browser.
Ming co-founded ParadeDB with a friend he met during his first week at Harvard. Together, they participated in the Y Combinator accelerator program to launch the company.
