Muthu Thanu

Muthu Thanu is the Group CHRO at TAFE, where he leads human resources for both TAFE and Eicher Tractors. His extensive experience from senior roles at Murugappa Group and Bharti Airtel is complemented by his MA in Social Work from the Madras School of Social Work and advanced executive education from the Ross School of Business.

Outside of his professional duties, Muthu has a strong appreciation for the outdoors, particularly expressing a love for snowy mountain landscapes. He also maintains a keen interest in business and economic trends, following publications like The Economic Times and Harvard Business Review.

He has a daring side, once noting that he does things young people might not, such as driving a car at 200 kilometers per hour.
