Natalie Challen

Natalie Challen is the Director of Information Systems at Willis Investment Counsel, where she manages the firms technology infrastructure. Having been with the firm since 2011, she progressed through associate and engineer roles to her current leadership position. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia.

Outside of work, Natalie resides in Gainesville with her husband and their two daughters. She is deeply connected to her alma mater, enjoying all things related to The University of Georgia. Her personal time is often spent traveling and with her family.

She has dedicated her entire career post-graduation to a single firm, rising internally from an associate to a director over a decade.
