Nate Carlson

Nate Carlson is the Head of Service Operations at Aetna International, where he leverages extensive experience from various strategic and operational roles within the company. His leadership foundation was built as a Captain in the US Army, complemented by an MBA from the University of Connecticut and an International Relations degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Outside of his corporate role, Nate has a strong connection to collegiate sports. He is a Johns Hopkins lacrosse alumnus and has volunteered for major rowing events like the Head of the Charles Regatta, representing the University of Connecticut.

He transitioned from a career as a Field Artillery Captain in the US Army to become a senior executive in the global healthcare sector.
