Navdeep Bajwa

Navdeep Bajwa is the VP of Software Development at FlexTrade, where he leads technology initiatives. He holds two Masters degrees, from the University of Bridgeport and Osmania University. He is actively enhancing his expertise in artificial intelligence, recently completing multiple certifications in Generative AI to drive innovation within his teams.

Outside of his executive role, Navdeep shows a strong passion for continuous learning in emerging technologies. He frequently completes courses on topics ranging from AI fundamentals and productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot to the evolution of thoughtful online search, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth.

He has recently earned several certifications specifically in Generative AI and its ethical implications.
