Neeraj Badlani is the Director at Bini Laboratories, focusing on operational excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing. With dual MBA degrees in Marketing and Finance and a strong foundation in pharmacy, he leads the company in its mission to deliver high-quality, innovative healthcare products globally.

Deeply committed to education, Neeraj serves as an industrial expert and management body member at several academic institutions. He provides training and hands-on experience to students, helping to develop future leaders in the pharmaceutical industry.

He has actively contributed to the industry by serving on the boards of NIMA and AIMA, where he played a key role in the Import and Export division.
