She has advised over 1, 000 business owners on growth and facilitated more than 100 M&A deals. Outside of her professional life, Nicky is an Independent Trustee for Berkshire Tennis and serves as a Parish Councillor. She is passionate about supporting small businesses, having previously served as a regional Chair for the Federation of Small Businesses. She also enjoys fitness and spending time with her family.
In late 2025, Nicky launched a Substack newsletter called "Business Books in Practice" to share insights from books she is reading.
