Nicole Johnny is the Executive Director for the Citxw Nlaka’pamux Assembly and the Acting General Manager for Ken Tem LP. Her background is in office management, human resources, and accounting. She is dedicated to community development and implementing innovative programs for the eight participating CNA communities.
Originally from Merritt, BC, Nicoles husband and five children are part of the Lytton First Nation. She is deeply committed to community engagement and creating a strong, successful environment for future generations within the nłeʔképmx territory, where her family has strong roots.
She recently led the acquisition of the historic Merritt Herald newspaper, aiming to foster inclusive, locally-grounded journalism.
