Nicole Jones MSN-L, RN, CNOR

Nicole is an experienced Registered Nurse Leader with over two decades of experience in diverse roles, including ICU and Cardiovascular Operating Room. As Associate Director at Banner Health, she is a change agent focused on process improvement, quality-driven patient outcomes, and supporting her teams. She holds a Master of Science from Grand Canyon University.

Outside of her professional life, Nicole has a background in athletics, having been a member of the Womens Volleyball team during her time at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She maintains a strong focus on personal and professional growth, evident in her reflections on leadership.

She recently reflected on her career of almost 21 years, starting as a new graduate nurse in the ICU and growing into her current leadership position.
