Nikhil Paradkar

Nikhil Paradkar is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Georgias Terry College of Business. His research focuses on financial intermediation, FinTech, and household finance, leveraging expertise from his PhD at Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds degrees in Computer Engineering and Economics from the University of Michigan.

Outside of work, Nikhil enjoys watching both collegiate and professional sports. One of his bucket list items is to attend a Super Bowl or an NBA Finals game. During his doctoral studies, he cited visiting the campus recreation center as his favorite way to de-stress.

Unique fact: He is fluent in three languages and has conversational and writing skills in two others.
