Noel Hennessey is a scholar practitioner who serves as the Director of Education Workforce Development at the Center for Quantum Networks and is the founding Director of the ENGAGED program at the University of Arizonas College of Engineering. With a Ph. D. in Higher Education, she focuses on creating workforce training, leadership development, and effective outreach strategies.
