Olivia Wilson is a SHRM-Certified People Operations Manager at QuickLaunch Analytics with expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and career development. A graduate of the University of Oregon, she has experience building HR functions from the ground up in the tech sector.

She is deeply passionate about creating anti-racist workplaces that challenge systemic biases, going beyond surface-level diversity initiatives. Olivia actively supports and promotes the advancement of women in technology, participating in industry discussions and panels.

She was the first-ever People Operations Lead at Preferred Strategies, tasked with building the entire function.
