Patricia Boccato

Patricia Boccato is a hospitality entrepreneur and the General Manager of Hundredweight Ice, the worlds largest cocktail ice company. She leverages her business management education from Hunter College and deep industry roots to drive brand development and operations. Patricia also owns The Gem BBQ restaurant and Little Gem Liquors, extending her hospitality vision to the Adirondacks.

Outside of her professional roles, Patricia draws from her past career as a trained professional dancer, a discipline she credits for her ability to listen and connect with people. With family roots in the Adirondack region, she is passionate about community and creating meaningful experiences. She is also fluent in Spanish and Italian.
