Paul Devlin

Paul is a Change Agent and Kindness Coach at NHS England, working with the Emergency Care Improvement Support Team. With over 20 years of experience, he helps leaders and teams build resilience and adopt positive mindsets in high-pressure environments. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and co-founder of the NHS Kindness and Positivity Network.

Paul is a passionate advocate for combating social isolation and holds a personal interest in amateur radio. He conceived the award-winning "Get on the Air to Care" campaign, a collaboration between the NHS and the Radio Society of Great Britain to connect people and reduce loneliness.

Unique fact: Paul is an amateur radio operator (call sign G1SMP) and his project won the 2020 International Newsmaker of the Year Award.
