Paul Marks is the President of Beta Test improv, where he helps companies like Amazon and Wells Fargo strengthen culture and reduce turnover. He blends improv, science, and humor in his workshops and is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He uses improv principles to overcome personal struggles with anxiety.
Outside of his corporate work, Paul co-founded and runs Briarcliff Hall, an SAT tutoring service, with his wife Kelly. He is also the author of a humorous book titled "Through A Babys Eyes" and founded an award-winning improv group called Over the Counter improv.
In 2019, Paul delivered a TEDx talk on the connection between improv, humor, and business leadership.
