Paul Shearer

Paul Shearer is a seasoned global healthcare executive with over three decades at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, where he recently retired from his role as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He was instrumental in building a direct sales presence in over 50 countries. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury.

A former colleague described him as having an "athlete mindset" when it comes to sales, noting he is very talented and switched on.

In addition to his long career, he serves as a Non-Executive Director for Aroa Biosurgery and Skellerup Holdings, bringing his extensive medical device industry experience to multiple boards.
