Paul Solloway

With a career dedicated to NHS Wales since 1995, he has extensive experience in digital transformation, including leading the deployment of Microsoft Office 365 at his previous health board.
Outside of his digital leadership role, Paul is an active runner, having participated in the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise funds for the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. He also takes a keen interest in staff wellbeing and supporting charitable causes.
He is the executive lead for his organizations neurodiversity network, championing the use of technology to support neurodiverse staff.
