Peder Tuborgh

He has dedicated his career to delivering long-term value to farmer owners while championing sustainable and innovative practices. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Odense University and has been with the company since 1987.
Outside of his demanding role, Peder is a family man who is married with five children. He grew up in the small village of Rynkeby on the Danish island of Funen, which provided a foundation for his understanding of rural and agricultural life.
When he became CEO in 2005, his 10-year-old son remarked, “What a bummer, Dad. You can only get fired from now on. ”
