Punita Bhargava

Punita Bhargava is an accomplished advocate and business owner, specializing in intellectual property law as a partner at Inventure IP. She has served as a member of the Indian governments IPR Think Tank and acts as a sole arbitrator in domain name disputes. She holds an LLM in Intellectual Property.

Outside of her legal practice, Punita is committed to social causes, serving on the governing board of BUDS NGO, an organization dedicated to helping vulnerable children. She is also an angel investor in the startup ecosystem, with an interest in the consumer retail sector.

Punita was appointed to the Government of Indias national IPR Think Tank to help draft the countrys intellectual property policy.
