Raevon Pulliam (she/her)

Raevon Pulliam is the Director and Head of Workforce Management at DoorDash, leveraging over 14 years of experience at the intersection of finance and operations. A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and Villanova University, her colleagues describe her as a tenacious, pragmatic, and results-focused leader who excels at creating structure from chaos.

Outside of work, Raevon is an American expatriate living in Rio de Janeiro. Her lifelong passion for soccer, which began as a college athlete at VMI, continues through coaching two boys soccer teams. She has also been involved with Women in Aviation, serving as an outreach chair for a local chapter.

Unique fact: While earning her mechanical engineering degree, she was also a Platoon Lieutenant in the VMI Corps of Cadets and a four-year letter winner on the womens soccer team.
